Attention Needed:

Engine hatches will need to be rebuilt at some point. Getting a bit squishy

Some minor stress fracturing from age but not causing issues with fiber glass and has been treated with. Gel coat sealant.

Hot water tank needs replaced. Only produces mildly warm water

Water pump for galley isn’t working

Needs waste tank under bow bed installed
